Management Trainee (Technical) : 81 posts (UR-41, OBC-30, SC-6, ST-4) (PWD-3) (Mechanical -28, Metallurgy-32 Electrical-21), Qualification : Full-time regular Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology in the disciplines of Metallurgy / Mechanical / Electrical with minimum 60% of marks in the aggregate of all years / semesters (50% in aggregate for SC/ST/PWD candidates). Candidates must be in possession of Marks Sheets and Provisional Certificate/Degree, all dated on or before 31/07/2014., Age : Born not earlier than 01/03/1987, Stipend and Pay Scale : Candidates will be paid a monthly stipend of Rs.20600/- in the pay scale of Rs. 20600 - 3%- 46500 (E1 Grade). On satisfactory completion of training, candidates will be considered for appointment as Junior Manager.
